Tom Switzer is a 2021 Graduate of Liberty University, Husband To Amy Switzer and Father to Simon, Annie and Micah. He came to Grace Community Church in 2014. With a passion for discipleship and a desire to see God glorified in peoples lives, he has been working at GCC since 2014 and hopes to finish his ministry here as well! 

Tim came on staff at Grace in 2020, he is the associate pastor and father to Christian and Rona Shimmons. He is the head of our congregant care ministry working in visitation and general encouragement of the church body, he also heads our mens ministry and works in pulpit supply for churches in need in our area. 

As the Kids Ministry Lead, Zach aims to create a safe, welcoming, and Christ‑centered space where children can learn, grow, and experience God’s love. He supports volunteers, coordinate lessons and activities, and works to make each Sunday meaningful and engaging for every child. His heart is to serve families well and to point kids to Jesus in everything the ministry does.

As our Ministry Assistant, Jenn has been helping support the day‑to‑day life of Grace Community Church by coordinating communication, organizing ministry details, and assisting our pastors and leaders however needed. Her heart is to serve behind the scenes so our ministries can flourish and our church family can stay connected, encouraged, and cared for. 

With much love and prayer, our children are deeply cared for and given the gospel in a fun and engaging way. Each year that we are able to put on the program for our community, it is such a huge blessing for ALL! Jenelle ensures that they see Jesus from the very start. 

The ministry of attention to detail and careful tracking are not for everyone but we thank God he has blessed Nate in this area! He is available for any and all questions that might arise in the areas of budgets, giving, missions and more! Feel free to reach out anytime!
